Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring casino operations through CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of the premises. The role involves identifying suspicious activities, maintaining surveillance records, and promptly reporting incidents to the concerned department/HOD.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across the casino premises.
- Observe gaming areas, entry/exit points, cash-handling areas, and other critical locations.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, theft, fraud, or policy violations.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of incidents and observations.
- Review CCTV footage whenever required for investigations or incident verification.
- Monitor gaming operations and report any irregularities or suspicious behaviour.
- Coordinate with the Security, Gaming, F&B;, and other departments when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of surveillance information and footage.




- Prepare incident reports and submit them to the Surveillance Manager/HOD.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other surveillance-related duties assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CCTV surveillance/security, preferably in a casino, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Freshers with good observation skills may also be considered for trainee-level positions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Qualified appearance, discipline, and integrity.

Preferred:
