JOB SUMMARY

To supervise and control the day-to-day operations of cone winding and cheese winding, ensuring production targets, yarn quality, machine efficiency, manpower utilization, and safety standards are achieved as per company requirements.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Any Degree preferred.
- Textile-related qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in winding operations.
- Experience in yarn dyeing / cone winding / cheese winding / textile processing preferred.
- Candidates with experience in supervising winding machines and manpower will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of cone and cheese winding processes.
- Basic knowledge of yarn quality and winding defects.
- Manpower handling and shift management.
- Production planning and reporting.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
