About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect who can independently manage projects from concept design through drawings, coordination and site execution.

Experience in luxury residential, villas, bungalows, hospitality, resorts, guest houses, commercial or large-scale projects will be preferred.

The candidate must be confident in handling clients, consultants, contractors and vendors and taking day-to-day architectural decisions independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections and design proposals.
- Handle projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings and architectural details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and supervise architectural execution.
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings and design intent.
- Review shop drawings, materials, finishes and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve site issues.
- Attend client meetings and present designs, 3D views and materials.
- Assist with master planning, site planning, zoning, circulation and landscape integration.
- Maintain drawings, revisions, schedules, trackers and project documentation.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Required Skills

Essential:

- AutoCAD – strong 2D drafting & working drawings
- SketchUp – 3D modelling & design development




- Photoshop – presentations & post-production
- MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Strong architectural detailing and construction knowledge
- Ability to read and coordinate structural & MEP drawings
- Understanding of BOQs, specifications and material coordination
- Strong site execution and contractor coordination experience

Preferred:

- Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape / D5
- Revit / BIM
- InDesign / Illustrator
- AI visualization tools

Experience with projects similar to Savannah Serenity will be an advantage.
