Job description

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1) The key responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of Procuremet within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety using internal staff, as well as subcontractors and sub consultants. Delivery of high quality, turn-key waste management projects both in office, and on site.

2) To determine aIl Project requirements (Technical and General).

3) Assist & Prepare in the development of Pos/WOs from inception to sign-off of project(s).

4) Prepare engineering reports, budgets, tender documents, cost estimates and assist in the evaluation of proposals.

5) Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedule's, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.

6) Vendor Management

1 6) Develop fruitful sourcing strategies.

17) Identify, screen, initiate technical evaluation of profitable suppliers and initiate business and organizational partnerships.

Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.

19) Finalize purchase details of order & deliveries.

20) Ensure purchase order is secured as per terms & condition.

2 i) Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.

22) Ensure Vendor drawings to vendor for manufacturing.

23) Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.

24) Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.

25) Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

26) Co-ordination with Vendors for Lead/Time Management.

27) Coordination with Project Execution Team.

28) Ensure documentation of vendors, Technical Evaluation Sheets, Quotations, purchase orders, clearance for every equipment as per ISO.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
