We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the position of Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process in Airoli, Mumbai.

Eligibility

- Pass-out years: 2024, 2025, and 2026
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Candidates who are comfortable working in an international voice process

- Handle customer queries through calls and chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers
- Maintain positive customer service standards

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
- In-hand Salary: ₹19,000 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000
