Site Management

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.
- Maintain project timelines and construction schedules.

Quality Control

- Inspect RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure construction quality as per company standards.
- Report and rectify quality issues immediately.

Material Management

- Verify incoming construction materials.
- Maintain material stock records.
- Prevent material wastage.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for material requirements.

Labour & Contractor Coordination

- Supervise labour attendance and daily work allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Resolve site-related operational issues.

Project Planning & Execution

- Prepare daily and weekly work plans.




- Track project progress and submit reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Safety Compliance

- Ensure all workers use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow company safety policies.
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions immediately.

Documentation

- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Maintain site registers and measurement records.
- Prepare material consumption reports.
- Update work completion status regularly.

Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and project managers.
- Attend project review meetings.
- Support project handover activities

Pay: ₹10,780.97 - ₹38,006.69 per month
