- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns based on business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Create and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and other KPIs.
- Perform bid management and budget optimization to maximize ROI.
- Write and test effective ad copy, headlines, and descriptions.
- Identify negative keywords and optimize keyword targeting.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and Google Analytics/GA4.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google Ads features, algorithm changes,



and digital advertising trends.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, design, and sales teams to achieve campaign goals.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
