Sales Executive - AAC Blocks, Adhesives & Construction Chemicals

- Drive sales of AAC Blocks, Block Adhesives, Waterproofing Solutions, Tile Adhesives, Wall Putty, and related building materials across Project (B2B) and Retail/Distribution (B2C) channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, PMCs, dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify and track upcoming and ongoing construction projects to generate business opportunities and secure orders.
- Manage dealer and distributor networks, ensuring product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to promote product adoption and specifications.
- Support order generation, secondary sales, customer follow-ups,



and timely execution of deliveries.
- Expand the retail network by onboarding current dealers and retailers within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements, providing regular market feedback.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, timely collections, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in building materials, AAC Blocks, construction chemicals, or related construction product sales; MBA preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
