Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage placement activities and candidate coordination.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable profiles accordingly.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and placement records.
- Follow up on interviews, selections, offers, and joining formalities.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, Staffing, or Placement.
- Robust understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
