An Assistant Manager performs a variety of managerial tasks to improve workplace efficiency and keep the employees satisfied. Here are some of the important duties and responsibilities of an assistant manager:

- Recruitment and hiring employees
- Onboarding and Induction
- Managing and overseeing the work of employees
- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback
- Assisting in administrative tasks like scheduling meetings
- Assisting the manager in organising, planning and implementing strategy
- Handling inventory management and ordering supplies
- Training and coaching new employees
- Maintaining records and files
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation

Requirements and skills

- Proven experience as an HR Assistant,



Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Experience in F&B; preferred
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience: 3+ years

CTCT: 30000 to 40000 per month
