Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, banquet, bar, and room service outlets. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, supervising service staff, maintaining quality standards, maximizing sales, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality.
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B; Service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Good knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and bar operations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
