· Participate in internal design meetings to understand design intent and project deliverables before initiating QS activities

· Conduct cost planning and provide estimates of materials, time, and labour based on CAD drawings and 3D visuals.

· Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) aligned with project specifications and company standards.

· Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including cost estimates and rate analysis.

· Provide technical and commercial comparisons to support decision-making.

· Undertake cost analysis for new and refurbishment works.

· Monitor budgets, assist with cost control, and support value engineering processes.

· Check vendor bills for completed work and prepare reports for approvals.

· Identify and document commercial risks and support mitigation activities.

· Maintain awareness of building contracts in use and apply them appropriately.

Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to company code of conduct.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
