- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints or service issues.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when needed.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
