Key responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to identify potential livelihood opportunities in the tourism circuit, particularly for women SHGs, FPCs, and PACS.

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of local communities in tourism-related livelihoods (e.g., handicrafts, organic farming, and eco-tourism).

- Preparation of business plans – Agri tourism center/ mall/ theme based agri. activities / vineyard/ sericulture.

- Establish linkages with bank, buyers / market, technical institutions.

- Support SHGs and other groups in developing business plans for tourism-allied enterprises, including on-farm and non-farm activities.

- Facilitate market linkages for products and services offered by local communities, ensuring they benefit from the tourism influx.

- Ensure that livelihood interventions are sustainable and contribute to long-term economic growth in the region.

- Develop SOP for running business activities.

- Provide handholding to groups for starting business activities and taking work forward.

Preferred relevant work experience:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in rural development, particularly in entrepreneurship and livelihood development.

- Experience in providing training and extension services in agriculture, livelihoods and/or rural tourism projects.

- Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary teams,



rural communities, farmers and civil society organizations.

- Experience in community mobilization, capacity building, entrepreneurship
