Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist – Networking (NaaS) to drive growth across Enterprise Networking, SD-WAN, Wireless, Data Center Networking, and Network as a Service (NaaS) offerings. The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling expertise with deep networking domain knowledge to help enterprise clients modernize their infrastructure via subscription-based (OpEx) and managed service models.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Drive end-to-end B2B sales of Enterprise Networking and NaaS solutions across enterprise accounts.
- Formulate and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline focused on current logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Successfully position OpEx/subscription-based NaaS models over traditional CapEx investments.
- Lead end-to-end deal execution: RFPs, technical proposals, commercial negotiations, and closures.





Customer Engagement & Solution Selling

- Establish long-term advisory relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative, business-outcome-driven sales focusing on TCO, ROI, scalability, and network performance optimization.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

OEM & Partner Management

- Collaborate with key enterprise networking OEMs (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Arista, Ruckus).
- Lead joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and co-selling initiatives.
- Recommend multi-vendor, best-fit solutions tailored to complex enterprise environments.
- Coordinate internally with delivery, technical NOC, and finance teams for smooth execution.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
