Role Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, stock movement, packing, dispatch, and day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for dispatches.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of products.
- Handle returns, replacements, and damaged stock.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Prepare basic inventory and dispatch reports using Excel/ERP.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/inventory/logistics operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle physical warehouse activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with electronics, hardware, or robotics products is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
