Position: Junior Architect (Freshers Welcome) + Architecture Interns

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong academic projects/portfolio strongly encouraged)

Also Hiring: Architecture Interns (3–6 months / 6–12 months)

Qualification: B.Arch (mandatory) from a recognized university. COA registration preferred for full-time roles.

About the Role

We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented Junior Architects and Interns who are eager to learn and contribute to real projects. You will work closely with senior architects on concept development, detailed drawings, 3D visualization, and project coordination. This is a hands-on role ideal for fresh graduates and students who want practical exposure beyond academics.

Key Responsibilities (Junior Architect)

- Assist in developing concept designs, schematic drawings, and design development.
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings — plans, sections, elevations, working drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD / Revit.
- Create 3D models and basic renderings (SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar).
- Prepare presentation sheets, mood boards, material boards, and client decks (Photoshop / InDesign).
- Support site measurements, site visits, and coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Maintain drawing standards, revision control, and project documentation.
- Research materials, finishes, building codes, and sustainable design solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors under senior guidance.
- Contribute to BOQ preparation and basic project documentation where required.

Key Responsibilities (Interns)





- Support the design team in drafting, 3D modeling, and presentation work.
- Assist in concept development, research, and documentation.
- Participate in site visits and internal design reviews (as guided).
- Learn and apply office standards for drawings and project workflows.
- Help with day-to-day coordination and administrative support related to projects.

Required Skills & Software Skills:

Must-have:

- AutoCAD (strong command)
- SketchUp
- Basic knowledge of Revit
- Adobe Photoshop / InDesign

Good to have:

- Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
- Understanding of working drawings and construction details
- Knowledge of local building bylaws / NBC basics
- Strong visualization, spatial understanding, and attention to detail

- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and organized approach
