About the Company:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive with 3 to 4 years of experience to manage essential HR operations, including payroll, policies, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency in the workplace.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and provide support to employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Payroll & Benefits Management:
- Manage payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and distribute payslips, ensuring all deductions, allowances, and reimbursements are accurately reflected.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, benefits, and statutory requirements.
- Attendance & Leave Management:
- Oversee attendance management systems, ensuring accurate records of employee attendance.
- Handle leave requests, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of leaves, while maintaining records in compliance with company policy.
- Experience in managing biometric attendance systems.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and social media.
- Coordinate the full recruitment process: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and facilitating salary negotiations.
- Handle the onboarding process, including induction programs, document verification, and coordination with other departments (e.g.,



bank account opening, employee ID creation).
- Employee Documentation & Records:
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Employee Relations & Conflict Management:
- Address and resolve employee conflicts in a fair and timely manner, promoting a positive work environment.
- Provide support to employees for various workplace issues, including performance concerns, grievances, and interpersonal conflicts.
- Event & Employee Engagement Management:
- Coordinate and manage employee engagement events, team-building activities, Employee birthday celebrations, and company celebrations.
- Promote a positive work culture through effective communication and event organization.
- Appraisal & Performance Management:
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, including managing the documentation and feedback system.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of annual appraisals.
- Termination & Resignation Handling:
- Handle employee resignation and termination processes, including exit interviews, final settlements, and the issuance of relieving letters.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies during the exit process.
- General HR Administration:




- Create and manage employee ID numbers and issue ID cards.
- Coordinate with other departments for necessary HR-related documentation and administrative work.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while managing the day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in HR roles, particularly in payroll management, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Hands-on experience with HR software and systems (e.g., attendance systems, payroll).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with biometric attendance systems and payroll.
- Certification in HR management or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
