- Handling all tasks assigned to him on the field
- Vendor Management getting work done from various kinds of vendors
- Empanel new vendors for the company getting quotations and getting work done from all vendors
- Should have experience of vendor management and field work
- Need to have a bike conveyance of his own
- Maintenance and facility management experience preferred
- Going to verify apartments/ properties and do inspections/ check on cleanings etc
- Upload reports on the tech
