Job Title: Chemistry Facilitator

Job Purpose:

The Chemistry Facilitator will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and conceptually challenging Chemistry lessons in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum (IGCSE and AS/A Level). The facilitator will create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for scientific inquiry among students.

Key Responsibilities:

· · Curriculum Delivery:

· Plan and teach Chemistry lessons aligned with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) standards.

· Prepare students for IGCSE, AS, and A Level Chemistry examination.

· Integrate practical experiments and hands-on learning to enhance conceptual understanding.

· Student Engagement and Support:

· Foster inquiry-based and student-centered learning approaches.

· Identify and support individual learning needs through differentiated instruction.

· Encourage students to participate in science fairs, Olympiads, and other academic competitions.





· Assessment and Evaluation:

· Design and administer formative and summative assessments in line with Cambridge guidelines.

· Track and report student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

· Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to internal moderation processes.

· Laboratory Management:

· Ensure safe, effective, and ethical use of chemicals and laboratory equipment.

· Supervise laboratory sessions, maintaining proper safety protocols.

· Collaborate with the lab assistant to organize materials and resources for experiments.

· Professional Development and Collaboration:

· Engage in continuous professional learning and stay updated with new developments in Chemistry education.

· Collaborate with colleagues across departments to promote interdisciplinary learning.

· Contribute to school events, science exhibitions, and curriculum development initiatives.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
