VACANCY: ADMISSION COUNSELLOR CUM RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a Admission Counsellor cum Receptionist with a pleasant personality, confident communication skills, and a professional attitude to join our school.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle front-desk and reception duties professionally.
- Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors.
- Counsel parents regarding school admissions, courses, facilities, fee structure, and school policies.
- Respond to enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
- Follow up with prospective parents and admission enquiries.
- Maintain admission records, visitor records, and basic office documentation.
- Coordinate with teachers and school administration when required.
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for parents and visitors.




- Support the school administration in admission-related activities and promotional initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive command of English and Hindi.
- Presentable and courteous.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and WhatsApp.
- Ability to communicate confidently with parents and handle enquiries effectively.
- Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, reception, or front-office work will be an advantage. Position
