Role Description
The first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression. The Café Hostess manages guest flow, seating, and basic coordination to ensure a smooth start to every visit.
Job Description
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, qualified approach.
- Manage guest seating, table allocation, and waiting lists.
- Coordinate with the service team to manage table availability.
- Assist guests with basic menu and café-related queries.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
- Maintain an organised and welcoming entrance area.
- Support the team in managing guest flow during peak hours.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, front office, customer service, or a similar role preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
