Job Summary

Tools and monitoring(NaaC)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance automation workflows using iAutomate. Create reusable NaaC modules, templates, and automated deployment pipelines. Design and implement monitoring solutions within iObserve. Integrate automation platforms with external systems using APIs. Conduct root cause analysis for automation failures and monitoring gaps. Build self-healing automation use cases and operational efficiencies. Support CI/CD integration for infrastructure and network automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements. Maintain code repositories and ensure adherence to coding standards. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Skill Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Python automation. Working knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation tools. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, YAML, and Git. Good understanding of iAutomate workflow development.



Experience configuring and managing iObserve dashboards and alerts. Hands-on experience with Network as Code methodologies. Good understanding of networking technologies including: Routing & Switching DNS/DHCP Firewalls SD-WAN Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Additional Skills Solid stakeholder management skills. Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise. Ability to work independently.
