I-Next ETS is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team.

Position: Telemarketing Executive About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, promoting our digital products and services, and helping increase app downloads and business opportunities.

You will work on exciting platforms and projects, including:

I-Next ETS
Website Development, Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, Software Solutions, AI Solutions, Social Media Marketing, and IT Services.

Promoting the RentalMeet platform and helping users discover and download the app.

Promoting healthcare-related services and digital platforms to potential customers.

You may also work on additional client projects, mobile applications, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and technology-based products managed by I-Next ETS.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Generate qualified leads for websites, mobile apps, digital marketing, and IT services.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Encourage potential users to download and use client mobile applications.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Build strong relationships with potential customers.
- Promote I-Next ETS services and various client projects.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer questions professionally.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and Excel.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

Graduate, undergraduate, fresher, or experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Support, Digital Marketing, or Business Development will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication and confidence are also welcome.
