Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales to generate leads, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

Understand customer requirements and explain products/services accordingly.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/system.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.





Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further follow-ups.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Calling, Inside Sales, Telesales, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
