About the Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with previous residential interior experience. You will work along with the project team during the pre-tender and execution phase. You will be majorly responsible for tendering, and project cost control along with documentation related to the project and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical specifications, estimation, cost analysis, and BOQ. The candidate should also be capable of compiling quantities/estimates on spreadsheets and have knowledge of site surveys , execution and methods. You will be working with our design and construction teams and be involved in the project to determine its specifications and cost along with the appropriate procurement strategies.

Roles & Responsibilites

- Responsible for creating BOQ estimates based on sets drawing and further preparing a detailed budget for the same.
- Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements.
- Do a market analysis in order to know the current rates of the materials before floating tender and inviting quotations.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling the cost of projects from concept to completion.
- Need to be knowledgeable of vendors/suppliers and provide support for comparatives and analysis in vendor selection as needed.
- Visit the Site as and when required to take measurements and monitor progress.
- Do periodic analysis on the status of projects with respect to cost and review for alternative solutions to manage project budgets.
- Maintain all the documents for total compliance related to design, contractors,



legal and other matters as per company standards.
- Prepare no dues certifications and commercially closing the projects.
- You will need to be knowledgeable of vendors / suppliers and provide support for comparatives and analysis in vendor selection as needed.
- Resolve any technical difficulties that may arise during the course of execution
- Identify and assess new vendors with quality in mind to build a large vendor base
- Maintenance of all the Project Trackers for respective projects and provide updates to management.

- Negotiating with Vendors, Contractors and other agencies on behalf of clients through Spellbound. ·
- Establish long-lasting relationships with vendors and manage them.
- Software | MS Office, Scheduling Software [MS Project or Similar], AutoCAD

- To Contribute and support projects team and design team.
- Delivering Work on time.
- Work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

- B.Arch, or BE Civil or Equivalent degree or Masters in Construction Management.
- Familiar with Market Rates
- Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology
- Qualified Interior Designer with prior relevant work experience in well established design firms with a focus on workspaces design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
