JOB DESCRIPTION – COLLECTION OFFICER
Position: Collection Officer
Department: Finance / Collection
Qualification
- Degree or Diploma preferred.
- Previous collection or finance experience preferred.
Skills Required
- Valuable communication skills.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to travel for customer visits.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Visit customers when required.
- Maintain collection records and payment details.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Sales teams.
- Submit daily collection reports.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
Location
- Candidates from Malappuram location are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
