Responsibilities

· Machine Setup: Operate VMC machines, load raw materials, and secure workpieces on the table.

· Tooling & Offsets: Select proper cutting tools, perform tool settings, and update offset corrections.

· Drawing Reading: Read and interpret 2D and 3D engineering drawings, GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and basic part layouts.

· Program Editing: Make minor modifications or adjustments to machine programs on controllers like HAAS, Fanuc or Mitsubishi.

· Quality Control: Inspect finished tool room components using precision measuring instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: ITI in Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).

· Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on tool room experience

· Skills: Robust knowledge of cutting tools, metal properties, and zero-setting procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
