Job Description – Manager / Head – Interior Fit-Out Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Operations skilled to manage end-to-end project execution and ensure projects are delivered within quality, cost and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end interior fit-out project execution.

Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets and resources.

Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors and vendors.

Manage site teams, contractors and subcontractors.

Monitor BOQ, material procurement, costing and project expenses.

Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are followed.

Identify and resolve site issues, delays and execution challenges.

Conduct regular site reviews and track project progress.

Ensure projects are completed within agreed cost, quality and timelines.

Lead and mentor the operations/project execution team.

Requirements





10+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Design & Build / Construction.

Strong experience in project execution and operations management.

Experience handling multiple interior projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, procurement, vendors and contractors.

Excellent client coordination and communication skills.

Strong leadership, problem-solving and project management skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
