We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimise our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation through compelling content and strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, and launches
- Monitor and prepare monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
- Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets
- Stay updated with trends, tools, and platform changes

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to analyse data and optimise performance
