- Process optimisation & leading productivity improvement initiatives

- Achieving consistently OTM targets

- Spearheading continuous improvement projects

- Driving Cost reduction and Process time reduction initiatives

- Executing Aesthetic improvement projects in our products

- Maintaining safety, continuous improvement culture among operators

- Implementing new Gen assembly concepts

- Implementing Poke Yoke for all CTQ parameters

- Implementing AMR & Kit concept

- Conducting regular process walks

- Having good experience in handling problem solving projects

- Implement end of line testing for all product groups

Requirements

Incumbent should have B.E in mechanical engineering with consistent track record in improving assembly process and driving innovation.

Need to have good experience in handling team of 100+ operators

Target industries from OEM having valuable exposure in Assembly and Testing
