HR EXECUTIVE
- Participating in recruitment efforts for the required profiles by the HODs through different sources of recruitment.
- Interviewing of the candidates for the first round.
- Joining process of candidates after selection by HR managers
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Answering employee questions
- Distribution of smart cards and pamphlet to marketing team on the daily basis for the purpose of advertisement.
- Daily follow ups from marketing team.
- Attending event on every Saturday and taking their follow ups.
- Providing training and induction program to the employees and current hired candidates respectively as when and required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
