Maintenance & Facilities Manager

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance & Facilities Executive to oversee facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, vendor coordination, and compliance across restaurant locations. The candidate will ensure smooth operation of kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage maintenance and repair activities across restaurant outlets.
- Ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
- Source and procure maintenance materials and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.




- Handle emergency maintenance issues and minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

- Experience in facilities or maintenance management.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment maintenance.
- Solid vendor management and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel between outlets.
- Two-wheeler mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
