Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, supervise the F&B; service team and ensure excellent guest service and smooth restaurant functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
Manage and guide the F&B; service team during operations.
Allocate duties and shifts to team members as per operational requirements.
Ensure proper restaurant opening and closing procedures are followed.
Monitor guest seating, order taking, food service and overall guest experience.
Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, grooming and hospitality are maintained. Handle guest queries, complaints and special requests professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth food service.
Monitor table arrangements, restaurant cleanliness and overall presentation.
Ensure proper coordination between the restaurant, kitchen and other departments.



Monitor service quality and provide guidance or training to team members whenever required.
Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment, cutlery, crockery and other operational items.
Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for replenishment.
Assist the Restaurant Manager/management in maintaining operational standards and achieving guest satisfaction.
Prepare or maintain basic operational reports and communicate daily updates to the management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs and safety standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
