Solar Welder

Job Responsibilities

- Perform welding and fabrication work for solar panel mounting structures.
- Fabricate and assemble MS/GI/steel structures as per drawings and site requirements.
- Carry out ARC/MIG welding, cutting, grinding, drilling and related fabrication activities.
- Install and align solar mounting structures at project sites.
- Check dimensions, alignment, level and welding quality.
- Follow approved drawings, specifications and safety procedures.
- Maintain welding machines, tools and other equipment in good working condition.
- Coordinate with supervisors, electricians and installation teams.
- Ensure work is completed within the required quality and project schedule.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow site safety standards.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of welding and fabrication.




- Ability to read basic fabrication/structural drawings.
- Knowledge of welding machines, cutting tools and hand tools.
- Ability to work at height and in outdoor/site conditions.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and PPE requirements.
- Physical fitness and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualification

- ITI Welder / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred.
- Experience in solar mounting structures or solar EPC projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
