Job Description

- Report to the Head – Proposals and execute all assigned proposal-related activities.
- Prepare technical selections in line with project requirements and obtain approval from Howden, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with internal functional teams for equipment and system design development based on enquiry requirements.
- Support the Head – Proposals in developing accurate and optimized technical Bills of Materials (BOM).




- Participate in techno-commercial discussions with customers and consultants and maintain records of all discussions and agreements.
- Interface with suppliers for technical clarifications related to bought-out equipment and systems.
- Prepare Technical Risk Assessments (TRA) for new equipment business opportunities.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for internal Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and technical review meetings.
- Prepare Sales Orders and related documentation for recent project orders.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, company standards, and proposal execution procedures.
- Support proposal optimization efforts by identifying technical, commercial, and execution risks during the bid stage.
- Maintain proposal documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
