What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day client communication and expectations
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across creative, media and tech teams
- Prepare status reports, decks and meeting notes
- Spot issues early and help solve them before they become problems
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in account management, client servicing or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
- A genuine interest in marketing and how agencies work
