About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive sourcing and recruitment initiatives within the Eurowings Human Mobility Ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment pipelines, delivering hiring targets and supporting junior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

* Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned requirements.

* Develop sourcing strategies across Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media.

* Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines.

* Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews.

* Drive volume hiring and recruitment campaigns.

* Monitor sourcing, interview, selection and joining conversion ratios.

* Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

* Mentor and guide Talent Acquisition Specialists.

* Maintain recruitment dashboards and performance reports.

* Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.

* Manage candidate escalations and ensure a strong candidate experience.

* Identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency and recruitment conversion.

Requirements

* 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

* Proven experience in volume hiring or high-growth recruitment environments.

* Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

* Excellent English communication.

* Experience in BPO, aviation, travel, hospitality or international recruitment preferred.

* Solid stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.

* Data-driven and target-oriented approach.

* Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn and recruitment tools.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Mobility team supporting Eurowings operations.

The role involves identifying, engaging, screening and coordinating candidates across multiple talent pools while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey from initial contact through selection.

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.

* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

* Conduct initial screening and telephonic/video interviews.

* Assess candidates against defined role requirements.

* Coordinate interviews and selection processes.

* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Support recruitment drives and volume hiring initiatives.

* Meet individual sourcing and recruitment targets.

* Maintain a high-quality candidate experience.

* Identify new and innovative sourcing channels.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

* Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Experience in BPO, aviation, travel, hospitality or international recruitment is an advantage.

* Good knowledge of Indeed, LinkedIn and digital recruitment platforms.

* Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.

* Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.

Preferred: Experience with multilingual or international candidate sourcing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
