Responsibilities

- Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities at site
- Ensure work quality as per drawings & specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams
- Maintain site reports, material usage, and progress updates
- Ensure safety compliance and resolve on‑site issues

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 1–2 years of site supervision experience (freshers can apply)
- Technical knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods & materials
- Positive communication and problem‑solving skills
