Job Description:

We are looking for CRM Executives / Telecalling – Collections to join our team in Tirupati. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling collections and be comfortable communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments and repayment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending/outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers and assist in repayment/collection.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive customer relationship.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Follow company policies, collection processes,



and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team when required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling Collections.
- Experience in Collections / Banking / NBFC / Fintech / Recovery will be preferred.
- Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam language proficiency preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
