Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily operational activities and maintain trackers and reports.
- Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Assist with lead generation, online research, cold emailing, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support business development and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with online research, email communication, and client outreach.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Must be available for full-time work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
