We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines . You will be working with stakeholders across the UK and Poland and must to have hands-on expertise in Ansible and on-premises DevOps is essential .

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools and best practices.

Manage and optimize source code repositories (Git), including branching and merge strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based, etc.).

Configure and maintain build and dependency management using Maven (or similar tools).

Integrate and manage code quality and security scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, SAST/DAST) as part of DevSecOps.

Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Groovy, and Python for build, deployment, and operational tasks.

Implement and support observability solutions using Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and OpenTelemetry.

Collaborate with release management teams to plan, coordinate,



and execute application releases across environments.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in build, deployment, and production environments.

Contribute to continuous improvement of release processes, toolchains, and operational runbooks

Skills

Must have

9+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in Ansible and on-premises DevOps

Strong Scripting knowledge – Linux (bash/python), groovy

DevOps Tooling exposure – Azure CICD pipelines, Artifactory, Nexus etc

Containerization tools – Docker, Podman, OpenShift, K8s

Configuration Management – Ansible

Environment management exposure

General Enterprise Technical Aptitude: networks, servers, load balancing, storage, etc

Source Control tools – GIT etc

Cloud – AWS/Azure

Robust communication skills.

Knowledge on PostgreSQL Database management
