o Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics or Electronics

o Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience OR 3 years in industry/research

· Desired Skills & Competencies :

o Strong subject knowledge in Physics/Electronics.

o Effective communication and presentation skills (English , Hindi & Odia )

o Ability to integrate theory with practical applications

· Salary: 20,000/- PM (Negotiable)

· Key Responsibilities :

1. Teaching & Academic Delivery:

- Deliver lectures in Physics/Electronics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and practical demonstrations.

- Ensure effective student engagement and learning outcomes.

2. Curriculum & Assessment :

- Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.

- Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and examinations.





- Provide constructive feedback to students for academic improvement.

3. Research & Career development :

- Engage in research activities and publish in recognized journals.

- Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and seminars.

- Stay updated with advancements in Physics/Electronics.

4. Institutional Contribution :

- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and seminars

- Assist in organizing academic events, conferences, and outreach programs as required by management.
