We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Node.js Developer who can contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications.

The selected candidate will work on real-world technology projects involving SaaS platforms, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Point of Sale (POS) solutions, IoT integrations, Track & Trace systems, APIs, and cloud-based applications.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Node.js Developer with 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, JavaScript, REST APIs, databases, server deployment, VPS/cloud hosting, and backend architecture.

This position is suitable for a responsible professional looking for long-term career growth and willing to work full-time from our Dwarka office.

Eligibility & Qualification

- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Strong practical experience in Node.js backend development.
- Candidates should be available for full-time in-office work.
- Candidates looking for a long-term commitment of 1+ year are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development

- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Build reliable and high-performance backend services.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

API Development

- Design and develop secure and scalable REST APIs.
- Integrate APIs with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Handle authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and API security.

Database Management

- Design and maintain database schemas.
- Work with MySQL and/or MongoDB.
- Write and optimize database queries for better application performance.
- Handle data management, indexing, and database optimization.

System Integration

- Work closely with frontend developers to integrate backend services.
- Develop integrations with third-party platforms and services.
- Work on IoT integrations and real-time data flow where required.

Server & Cloud Deployment

- Handle application deployment and server configuration.
- Manage applications hosted on VPS and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot server-side issues, application errors, and deployment problems.
- Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.

Technical Skills RequiredCore Skills

- Strong knowledge of Node.js
- Robust knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Positive understanding of asynchronous programming and backend architecture

Frameworks

- Hands-on experience with Express.js or NestJS

Database

- Strong working knowledge of MySQL and/or MongoDB
- Database design and query optimization

API & Integration

- REST API development
- API authentication and security




- Third-party API integration

Server / Cloud

- Practical experience with VPS / Cloud Hosting
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar
- Application deployment and server configuration

Good to Have

- Experience in SaaS product development
- Knowledge of WebSockets
- Experience with real-time applications and data flow
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with IoT integrations
- Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD pipelines
- Experience handling production applications and live systems
