Job Summary

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, improving operational efficiency, implementing business strategies, managing teams, and ensuring that organizational goals are achieved. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial awareness, and excellent decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee daily business operations across departments.
- Establish processes, policies, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, motivate, and develop senior management and operational teams.
- Work closely with the CEO/MD on business planning and growth initiatives.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, technology, and other resources.
- Monitor sales, customer service, production/service delivery, and support functions as applicable.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective measures.
- Drive process automation, cost optimization, and productivity improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present operational reports and performance updates to the CEO/Board.

Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Business Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10–15+ years of progressive management experience.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
