⦁ Candidate should have experience in operations, catalog management, e-commerce, food-tech or customer/merchant operations
⦁ Positive working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
⦁Ability to coordinate with merchants and internal stakeholders.
⦁Validate pricing and tax information against approved merchant inputs
⦁Configure or coordinate store-level parameters such as operating hours and delivery radius
⦁Maintain the merchant onboarding tracker and update status/TAT fields daily
⦁Escalate blockers to the Manager within defined timelines.
⦁Support post-go-live catalog corrections and early-stage merchant issue resolution.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
