Job Summary

Sujog Careers is hiring Italian Language Interpreters to provide accurate and professional interpretation between Italian and English for international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong Italian language proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle real-time conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide real-time interpretation between Italian and English.
- Handle customer conversations professionally and accurately.
- Ensure clear communication while maintaining the meaning and context of conversations.
- Follow client-specific interpretation guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Handle calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Meet assigned quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Italian and English.




- B2 level Italian certification preferred/required as per client requirements.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Good comprehension and interpretation abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Previous interpretation, BPO, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be currently residing in India.
