Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team and manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a prerequisite.
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
