Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Enquiry Officers to join our counselling team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through study abroad options and converting enquiries into enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming student enquiries via walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure consistent conversion
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM
- Meet monthly enquiry handling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the processing and documentation team post-enrolment
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and campus events when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, email)
- Ability to handle walk-in clients and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Prior experience in sales, counselling, or customer service is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a study abroad consultancy or education sector
