Purchase Manager– Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Planning & Strategy

- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Forecast purchasing needs based on production plans, sales trends, and inventory levels.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing.

2. Supplier Management

- Identify, evaluate,



and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery timelines, compliance) and maintain strong relationships.
- Resolve supplier-related issues to ensure continuity of supply.
